Tanqueray Gin – 25ml £3.25

Juniper‐forward gin with distinctive flavours of piney juniper and feint lemon zest. It is these perfectly balanced botanicals of coriander, angelica and liquorice which create a classic base. Best paired with Fever Tree Rhubarb & Raspberry Tonic.

Hendricks Gin – 25ml £3.85

The complexity of the pairings comes through in the taste; citrus with a subtle lingering finish of cool refreshing cucumber and rose. Hendrick’s uses Bulgarian rose and cucumber to add that distinctive flavour. Best paired with Britvic Original Tonic.

Brockman’s Gin is bright and floral on the nose. Strawberry, Hibiscus, a touch of sourness and a hint of raspberry. A little bit more of a traditional citrus bouquet with a blend of eight botanicals it has a distinctive flavour profile. Best paired with Fever Tree Mediterranean Tonic.
